Returns

  • You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days once approved.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • For size or color exchanges, please email contactamari01@gmail.com to check availability.

  • Exchanges are processed as a new order after your return is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
